The Republic of Texas Biker Rally (also known as the ROT Biker Rally) begins this Thursday, June 7th and runs through Sunday, June 10th in Austin, Texas. As always, the ROT rally will be held at the Travis County Exposition Center in Northeast Austin. The ROT rally is one of the biggest motorcycle rallies in the State of Texas and continues to be one of the larger motorcycle rallies in the country, and this year, BAM is excited to be a part of it!
There are amazing concerts, a ride in bike show, custom bike builders, the World Famous Wall of Death, stunt riders, and over 350 vendors and distributors. Each year, the ROT rally brings in top entertainers, such as Hank Williams, Jr., Bret Michaels, Joan Jett, and Charlie Daniels, and this year is no exception! Friday night’s headliner is the Shooter Jennings and Saturday night’s headliner is the infamous Ted Nugent.
This year, the ROT rally is estimated to bring in more than 50,000 participants and over 200,000 spectators to the Austin streets! If you are considering attending, you may want to come on Friday night, June 8th, for the ROT Rally Friday night parade, which has been dubbed by the Guinness Book of World Records as the Longest Parade of Motorcycles. In addition, the city of Austin pulls out all the stops Friday night and actually closes off 54 square blocks downtown for an enormous party!
