Our Louisiana Motorcycle Accident Lawyers

The Louisiana motorcycle attorneys from Russ Brown’s expert motorcycle law team will tell you… if you have been involved in a serious bike accident, it is always in your best interest to consult with a motorcycle law firm for advice. Just any personal injury law firm will not do. Our motorcycle lawyers cater to bikers and their special circumstances, while an ordinary personal injury law firm which handles many types of cases will not be as familiar with or necessarily understand a motorcycle crash. Whether you caused the accident or it was someone else’s fault, call the motorcycle law specialists at Russ Brown with the entire nationwide resources of BAM at 1-800-4-BIKERS.  As a layperson, there is a high probability that you do not know everything you need to know and that your local BAM attorney will.  Our advice is free and the knowledge we pass along to you may greatly increase your chances of a fair settlement.  Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys are biker lawyers who ride with you and fight for you in the courtroom.  We can help you.

Louisiana

Our Louisiana motorcycle lawyers believe there is no place to be a rider quite like the Pelican State. Here in Sportsman’s Paradise we boast some of the most stunning and interesting rides in the U.S. From dank bayous to flashy casinos, shrimp boats to oil tankers, cows to gators, there are contrasts everywhere you look. Blessed with a beautiful variety of motorcycle routes and a longer riding season than many of our northern neighbors, it’s no wonder that Louisiana’s riding community is unusually devoted. Another great perk about travelling Louisiana’s roads is that most great rides end with supremely comforting Southern food and the best jazz music around.

Luckily, severe motorcycle accidents aren’t all that common in Louisiana, for which every biker is thankful.  But that good statistic also means that many motorists are not watching for 2-wheels, so every Louisiana rider needs to take extra caution to stay protected on the road.  Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys always recommends buying uninsured or underinsured motorist insurance coverage in order to fully prepare for some other ‘loser’s actions.  We don’t sell insurance, but we’ve seen too many times how the lack of it can negatively impact an injured rider’s future.

If you are unfortunate enough to have been involved in a motorcycle crash, it is always best to have the expert advice of a qualified motorcycle lawyer to be sure that your damage and injuries are being taken care of fairly, and that any liability you may have is being fairly assessed. Especially if you are in the hospital, and cannot take care of your own business for a while because of your bike accident, a motorcycle law firm will assist with improving your medical situation, take care of your damages, liability, and other legal issues affecting you and your family while you are laid up. Nothing can replace the good advice of a Louisiana motorcycle lawyer from the BAM cooperative/ Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys. Call 1-800-4-BIKERS today.
