Marc Smith

Since 2010, Motorcycle Accident Lawyer Marc Smith has diligently and aggressively fought for the rights of motorcyclists at Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys, obtaining seven-figure settlements totaling over 50 million dollars. Dedicating his entire career to personal injury law, Marc is driven to help riders recover from motorcycle injuries that can be life-changing.

Bringing his East Coast “Philly” attitude to each legal battle, Marc is known for his “never quit” philosophy, and doesn’t back down. Marc’s focus is always on obtaining the maximum recovery for his clients, finding a way over the toughest of hurdles. His tenacity results in the highest possible settlement for his clients. Insurance adjusters and opposing counsel know he won’t roll over and just accept what is offered. He always pushes for more and usually gets it–by leaving no stone unturned.

Marc Smith truly cares about his clients and their family members. Oftentimes Marc has to deal with the seriously injured motorcyclists’ family members and he counsels them as to what they can expect from the firm. It’s not always just the injured client that needs guidance but sometimes their loved ones as well. Marc is very compassionate towards the needs of everyone involved in the case so they feel as comfortable as possible during the most difficult of times.

Marc treats every client the way he would want to be treated. With honesty, hard work, ethics and a never stop fighting attitude until the very end of the case
Born in Philadelphia, Marc Smith attended undergraduate school in his hometown at Temple University where he graduated cum laude. He then moved to California where he attended law school in San Diego at the acclaimed California Western School of Law where he graduated in 2006. Shortly after, Marc obtained his license to practice in both Arizona and California. He moved to Los Angeles in 2010 to work for Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys because he wanted to help injured motorcyclists and their families regain both their health and financial security.

Marc Smith’s fascination with two–wheels was sparked by his grandfather, an avid motorcyclist, with whom he spent countless hours working on bikes. Marc knew he wanted to be a motorcycle attorney as soon as he met Russ & Chuck and felt he would be a great fit for the firm. They both impressed him with their absolute dedication and compassion for motorcyclists. When he was offered the opportunity to fight for victims of motorcycle crashes, he jumped at the chance to be their advocate and improve their quality of life.

Marc Smith is passionate about aiding motorcyclists since they are often the underdog in personal injury cases. He regularly exceeds the expectations of both his clients and the firm.
